From source to table | Shenzhen Operations Center team explores the ecological industry chain of Hetian Baolonghai duck eggs

Recently, the Shenzhen Operation Center team visited the headquarters base of Hetian Baolong and started an immersive journey to trace the origin of sea duck eggs. From the ecological experience of picking eggs on the beach, to the in-depth visit to the factory production line, to the systematic learning of product knowledge, this "from source to table" exploration action allows partners to more truly feel the quality core and brand value of Hetian Baolong products.

Picking up fun on the beach, tracing the beauty of ecological breeding

In the early morning of the coastal wetland, the sea breeze with a salty and fresh smell hits the face. The Shenzhen Operation Center team followed the technical experts of Hetian Baolong into the ecological breeding base and stepped into the duck villa area to experience the wild fun of "picking up sea duck eggs".   

"Sea ducks are naturally free-range, eating small fish and shrimps, and producing natural 'sea duck eggs'!" The person in charge of the breeding base explained while demonstrating how to identify high-quality sea duck eggs. The team members leaned over to look for it and were pleasantly surprised: "The eggshell is thick and smooth, and the yolk is translucent. It is indeed the result of ecological farming!"  

The personal experience on the mudflats gave the Shenzhen Operation Center team a more intuitive understanding of the "natural genes" of sea duck eggs, and also accumulated vivid materials for subsequent sales promotion.

Factory study, witness the strict quality control chain

Leaving the mudflats, the team walked into the modern sea duck egg processing factory of Hetian Baolong. Through the glass curtain wall of the visiting corridor, the fully automatic cleaning and grading, optical inspection and screening, vacuum packaging and other links are all in sight.

Each egg needs to go through 12 quality inspection processes. The production manager disassembles the quality control details on site. The Shenzhen Operation Center team frequently stops to record: "From quality inspection to sterilization temperature, the details reflect professionalism everywhere. We have the confidence to hand over such products to the market!"

At the special exchange meeting, the nutritional advantages of sea duck eggs and the product advantages of Hetian Baolong were systematically explained, and sales strategy suggestions were put forward.
